24 large raw shrimp -deveined
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
3 cups shredded coconut
coconut oil for frying

Dredge shrimp in flour, then eggs. Roll the shrimp through the shredded coconut, covering well. Deep fry shrimp at 375 degrees F. until they are golden brown.
